By booking service with Cascade Curbside Mobile Detailing, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service scope

All services will be performed to the best of our ability using professional tools, products, and techniques. final results may vary based on the condition, age, and material of the vehicle. 

 

2. customer responsibilities

 Customers are expected to provide honest and accurate information about their vehicles condition and ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible location for service. personal belongings should be removed prior to arrival.

 

3.Pre-existing conditions

Cascade Curbside is not responsible for damage that is pre-existing or becomes apparent during cleaning, including but not limited to paint defects, weak trim, water leaks, or worn upholstery.

 

4.weather and safety

Services may be rescheduled due to weather or environmental conditions that prevent safe or effective work. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a service for saftey concerns.

5. Satisfaction policy

while we do not offer refunds, we take pride in our work and may offer a redo of part or all of a service at our discretion if you are not satisfied with the results.

 

6. Payment policy

Payment is due upon completion of service unless previously arrange. Accepted forms of payment include cash, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App.

 

7. Agreement 

By using our services, you agree to release cascade Curbside Mobile Detailing from  liability for any damages, losses, or claims not resulting from direct negligence.
